Public Education/Tasting Programs:
The Vermont Institute for Artisan Cheese is pleased to announce its premiere series of evening public education programs. These classes offer participants of all levels of interest and experience an opportunity to explore the diversity of artisan cheese. In addition to the Institute`s knowledgeable faculty and staff as speakers, we anticipate several European colleagues to join us.
Classes introduce the array of artisan cheese from America, Spain, Ireland, Italy, Britian and France offer suggestions to pair wine, beer, and cheese, while incorporating current information about raw milk cheese.
